Black Friday shoppers...

The wife won't let me get the 50" Plasma Samsung. "It's too big", she says.....if I had a dollar for everytime I've been told that one; I'd still be broke [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif[/img]

I have been looking at the 40" LCD for 2 or 3 months now. We have a 32" LCD in the living room now and I would put that in the bedroom (the one we have now is on it's last leg and I can't even read the scores of games from the bed b/c it's so old).

I'm hoping we can go get it, if not, then so be it. I'm also needing to buy a printer and some thumb drives.

You are officially whipped, my friend. I'll be damned if I'd ever let a woman tell me a tv was too big for me to get.

I'll be whipped everyday as long as I keep a relationship with her like I've had for the last 7 years! Plus, she helps pay the bills so I can compromise for now. It would still be bigger than what we have now.

the way our living room is setup and the way our couch has to set, 50" would be bad for my eyes...I might as well be legally blind without my contacts (our couch is pretty close to the TV now anyways), but it would still be nice to have though.

i sold the ps3 when it first came out and got a fifty inch.

In my living room it does...I can't even fit two couches in there it's so small.

My mom bought a 52" Sony Bravio last year and had to take it back to Best Buy because it was too big. I told her to put it in the living room or give it to me [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif[/img]

Needless to say, I lost on that one also.

ahh. i'm basically wasting mine right now as this crappy scott co cable stuff doesn't have a high def feed. only thing i do in high def is gaming. makes me mad that i'm wasting it like i am.

Only reason I get to game right now is b/c I'm on vacation this week. Unfortunately, I don't get to watch TV as much as I used to, which really sucks.
